DPD delivery to store issue

My new phone is supposed to be delivered to store today.

I have had no text messages or emails from DPD at all. I thought I would check on the app and it was delivered to somewhere in Leicester. The delivery driver said it wasn't in a safe place (eerrrr an actual ee store should be!). I did get on a live chat with DPD and they were super unhelpful about matching the address. The delivery image is as clear as mud!

Hmmmm all a bit odd. Please help as I needed my new phone asap.

Welcome to the community,

Have you spoken to the store?

Have you spoken to customer service, as this is not customer service, but a public forum with no access to accounts?

I would suggest speaking to both and see what they have to say, You should have received notification from the store that your phone is there waiting for you, but also received notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery, although not sure whether you would have heard from DPD if being delivered to the store, as the store is supposed to let you know when they have received your order.
