Where’s my order

I order an iPhone 16 pro on the 5th of January and got an email that evening to say my order was on its way.

I chose to have it delivered to the store but I haven’t had any updates from them.

What should I do?

Have you had a check with the store in case it is ready to be picked up @Megan177?

You can find the contact number for the store on our store finder.

Alternatively, it would be best to wait on the phone for our customer service guides, as they'll be able to bring up the order and see exactly what is happening with it.

maybe contact the customer service team have you checked your junk/spam box on your email

I’ve ordered a new contract!

I’ve also had no contact with dpd or ee regarding my order. I didn’t think I would get any communication from dpd as I ordered it to the store.

I’m not sure what to do now

I’ve tried calling but everytime I have the wait has been over 30 mins and I couldn’t stay on the phone that long! 

I’ve checked my spam and there’s nothing there!
