@Maxwell57   what has a BT technician got to do with a TV ?    You’ll have to call customer services about the TV not be delivered yet.

He was booked to come and set up new wi package so wi fi tv there at time would of been handy does that answer your question

@Maxwell57 , this is not customer service, so you would still have to speak to customer service, and if you still need the TV technician, re-book him to come when the TV has arrived.
