No progress on tracking new phone

I have ordered a new iPhone 13 in the colour starlight on Friday. It said that my order should be dispatched in 24 hours. I have had 0 progress on emails like it said and when i go to track my order it says:

"Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. 

Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email. Keep an eye out for these updates from EE or from our courier DPD."

It is for my daughters birthday tomorrow and it is now not looking like it will come. Can you tell me about the progress of it at least?

I've checked our stock levels and can see that they're definitely in stock and expected to be dispatched within one day, @helensammon. We don't have access to your account here in the community to check your order.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Mobile Care team so they can take a look and make sure everything's OK.

I have tried to contact the mobile care team originally but when i phone them there is no option to call about a delivery/ order.
