Just ordered new phone, got email to say thanks but can I ring this number 0800 956 6042 to discuss the order, the £30 up front cost has been taken from my account already! My questions are what would need to be discussed if the money has already been taken and is the number legit?

They're just checking things. Could just be spelling of name & addy .... Just call them as requested or order will not progress.
