Hi,
I ordered at 11.30am yesterday, and other than an email to say order confirmed, no other texts/emails.
The new number for the watch appears on my account, but nothing else and no tracking information comes up.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Lindseymartin81 You’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you and then it’ll be dispatched to you.

On your account what date does it show your Watch contract as starting from? It’s important to check because I, too, ordered an Apple Watch Ultra on 28th February (delivered today 1st March) but it shows the contract start date as 28th February and I’ve been informed today by EE that any orders placed on or after 1st march won’t be subject to CPI increases in April. But my order will be because it started 28th February…feel a bit robbed tbh! Especially since the CPI increases this year are a whopping 14.4%!!

@maxkelby92 You have a day cooling of period that you can use you just need to call customer service to tell them you don’t want it.
Ie return the watch waiting couple week or so and order again.

Such a ballache for the sake of 24 hours. But yes, I’m probably going to do that because £44 a month will increase to £50.34 a month so I’ll save myself £76.08 over the course of April 2023-April 2024 for the sake of a few days of ballache returns that cost nothing except a few days of being annoyed…

How was you informed? When EE told you “that any orders placed on or after 1st march won’t be subject to CPI increases in April.”

I was talking to EE on twitter about CPI increases and that’s what they told me. Any orders placed on or after 1st March aren’t subject to CPI increases until the following year.
