Hi 

I’m new to ee and I have recently just bought my partner a pay as you go sim and I have not received confirmation but the money has been taken out my bank is there any explanation for this please

Did you get a confirmation on the page which you ordered the SIM from?

no I don’t think I did but the money came straight out my back under the name EE limited Hatfield

Have you checked your junk/spam email folder for the email confirming the order?

yeah I have checked my junk/spam folder and no email there and I placed the order on Friday

Is the payment showing as pending or completed on your bank statement?

As payment seems to have been taken I would recommend allowing 3-5 days for Royal Mail delivery of your new SIM.
