Where is my new phone ?

I have upgraded my phone o. The 27th of November and paid for the full upgrade.. only to later on be notified that it is in fact a “pre-order”. I want my new phone please, I wasn’t told that this was a pre order whatsoever else I wouldn’t have paid for an early upgrade! You are robbing me of my money by doing this because the early upgrade should be cheaper by now than what I have paid! It’s not an early upgrade if I’m not getting it early!! I have waited and waited

@MeganSteed99   What phone ?  If it’s an iPhone 14 pro/max it’s not a pre-order is a back order as EE are still sending these out on a first come first served basis.   EE don’t have stock if these as apple can not produce them quick enough for every seller in the world.  What you have done is secured a device that once one can be allocated to you, you’ll receive it.

If it’s an iPhone 14 pro max you’ll prob be waiting a while most of us are still waiting from October/early November I also paid for an early upgrade it makes no difference
