Please help

Is this really the only way to contact EE? Posting on a public forum!? Basically my phone was stolen a week ago and as such I am trying to cancel my contract as I can't pay it. Plus you know, paying for something I do not possess. Everywhere I turn it says to call different numbers, a luxury I cannot due to the lack of a cell, sim or sanity at this point. I was trying to find some web chat but cannot locate one on the EE page. And no, email doesn't work either as it wants me to confirm who i am via text. I just want to cancel. Please can I do that somehow!?

You can call the freephone number using a VOIP service such as Skype on +44 800 079 8586.

Yeah I saw that. I need to log in to skype for that. and for that I need email access. I'm stuck. If I wasn't I'd just borrow a phone and ring them but I don't even have anyone I could do that with.

Yes, you do need to login to Skype but you don't need any credit with it.

@MannDan  Just to point out if you wish to terminate the contract you’ll be required to pay off any remaining term of that contract. You do get a 4% discount on that remaining term cost.

You can also go to a EE store to report the loss of the device.  You also might be liable for any charges made after 24 hours of the loss as you have to report the loss within 24h.

Please see THIS

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
