My SIM contract

Hello. My first post.

Ok my SIM only contract ended last month.

But I have never got a reminder from EE about it ending and I am still being charged each month.

Any advice please?

Hi @karlgixer 

contracts don't just end, they roll on until you cancel them with 30 days notice.

You should have received a notification that the minimum term was coming to an end and to give some options. If you didn't get it, may be worth a call to EE and asking why not, and you can discuss your options at the same time.
