I wait and wait for my iPhone 17 pro max over 3 weeks

From 18th November no one here,I am single and I go to hospital 

what to do??

@figulek33 If the delivery hasn't arrived by then, there would be some options available on the notifications from DPD to see if that works for you.

If they don't, and the delivery fails, the phone would be returned back to us by DPD and the order cancelled.

If you've still not heard anything in the days before you go to hospital it is worth giving our customer service guides a call to discuss all of your options.

I'm looking for guidance on when my iPhone 17 pro max would be dispatched I ordered it on the 30th of December and at the time I ordered it I was told it would be dispatched within 1-2 days but on the app it isn't even awaiting dispatch
