Where Is My iPhone 14 Pro Max

Hi, I upgraded my iPhone on 2nd November to the iPhone 14 pro max.

my girlfriend also upgraded to the same phone with EE days after me. She has received numerous messages and her phone was delivered today.

I have heard absolutely nothing and I still have no idea when my phone will be delivered?

I’m exactly the same ordered the 2nd can’t even track it, I get told all different things when I’ve phoned up or went into store and they don’t have a clue, I was assured I would receive it before my sons birthday on the 4th of December, and now I’m seeing people say they have received it or receiving it when they ordered after me! It’s an absolute joke! Nothing but lies from all the staff

I ordered on 17th Oct and have just had a DPD App notification today (1st Dec) to say mine will arrive tomorrow.
