When I can expect my phone

Ordered my phone on 31/ 10/2024 still haven't received ... Customer manager in Woolwich branch has been rude and unprofessional once I asked him why my phone hasn't been delivered on a promised date start loughing at my face and said it can take up to 6 weeks... I am not willing to wait 6 weeks where I can find someone who can sort out my problem ASAP?

@Egidijus_Norvil  Where did you order this from ?  Online, over the phone or at a store ?   And what did you order ?
