What is happening to my simcard order??

Hi

 

I ordered montly simcard only 26th January. 

It's been several weeks now. I haven't received any update yet. I am topping up and topping data while waiting for it to come. 

How do I track it and how long should I wait for it?

I called 150 just now, but I am having trouble finding the connection number for my issue.
