Watch delivery

I ordered a new watch and a dpd man came a couple of days later to deliver it. Unfortunately I was not at home and the driver requested a four digit code to deliver it. I had not had any communications from dpd to confirm a delivery time or the code, and have still yet to hear from them at all. 
Can anyone help?

Please do not put your order number in this public forum for everyone to see, this is against forum rules. I have reported it to the moderators.

Have you made sure that the DPD app has the same information as EE have?

Not sure why you have not received your PIN number, you should have received notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number, can you actually check the DPD app to see if the PIN number is there? Otherwise I would strongly recommend speaking to customer service to get this sorted or it will go back to EE, your order.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
