I got a message on the morning: „
Hi from EE. Your order XKO********* has been cancelled. If you want to place a new order, please visit ee.co.uk”
and the website is frozen to do anything:

There are a number of reasons your order may have been cancelled here, but I'd hate to think you're feeling left in the dark about what's happening.
If you give our customer care team a call, then ask for web sales, they'll be able to take a look over your XK order reference number and advise on all your options moving forwards 😊
