Ordered a laptop on last week and couldn't accept the delivery. I was told on the phone that I should call DPD and that if the laptop is returned and I could request it to be redelivered.
DPD hasn't updated since 20th, where it was at the London docklands. I thought I'd at least get an update before and after Christmas day. I'm starting to get a bit worried my package with struck with DPD

Hi @RetroGoblin I'd recommend giving our customer service team a call so that they can get this looked into for you, and then hopefully give you an update.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.

@RetroGoblin If the item is being returned to EE it’s being returned to EE. DPD will have tried to make 2 delivery attempts after the 2nd attempt it’s returned to EE. This can not be rescheduled for a 3rd attempt as it’s now being returned. You say you also couldn’t accept delivery so you refused the delivery in the first place ? If you did it’s returned to EE because of the refusal to accept delivery.

I wasn't made aware of this. I'm guessing I'll get an email then for 2nd time?

What does it actually say in the app? I've refused packages before and the app updates to say that it was refused and being returned.
I wouldn't be surprised if returns are a slightly lower priority at the moment and they are focussing on deliveries, as it is Christmas time.

Thought I replied to you, it's still hasn't updated and DPD customer service isn't the best. So I'm more worried now. My phone bill restarted on 19th so if DPD take their time, I could be charged without them redelivering the laptop.
