I just competed an order of a device over the phone. Originally the phone was going to be delivered to my home address but due to work I wouldn’t be home for it to be delivered. I told them this before they completed the order and they changed it to be delivered to my local EE Store. When I track the order it says ‘your address’ and no actual delivery address. How can I check what address it’s actually being delivered to?

Welcome to the community.
It can take 24 hours to process an address change, but just to be sure, I'd suggest calling back to make sure the request went through OK.

Thank you! I did call and the confirmed it was going to the store. Was Dispatched on the 27th. I’ve no estimated delivery date though? Hopefully will be today as concerned with there being closures over the new year period.

It would normally delivered on the next working day after it has been dispatched, so may well be delivered today.
If you wanted to check with the store before going in, you can find the number to give them a call on our EE Store Finder page.
Alternatively, our customer service guides can check the order on your account, and see if there is a tracking number.
