VAT Receipt for Apple Headphones but not an EE member

Hello, 

I need a VAT receipt for Apple Headphones I have purchased but I cannot get through to speak to anyone on landline as I am not an EE Phone customer and all the options require this.  I have been trying for over an hour!!

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
