I recently purchased a SIM plan but mistakenly selected an eSIM instead of a physical SIM card. Unfortunately, my phone is not compatible with eSIM technology.
I'm requesting urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Please advise on the best course of action, such as exchanging the eSIM for a physical SIM card or canceling the plan.
