EE are automatically giving the 512GB as a minimum storage option, so it would be the double storage that you're getting as the S25 Ultra usually starts at 256GB.

There is also the option to add a Samsung Watch 7 Cellular to your account for only £5 per month when you receive your phone.

I have upgraded early paid 300, the date was the 4th of this month, I've received the returns envelope but still no phone, and my old phone has to be sent back by the 21st of this month? Or i have to pay 986 for the new phone? I've been intouch and ee said wait till this Friday if not here then get intouch, I've got a tracking number but it's not even been dispatched yet. I've got everything on my phone, and can't send it till I've transferred all my data, not getting much help of ee at all.

You won't be expected to return your old device until you receive the new one, the messages are automated and our mobile guides can note the account if you have not received your new phone and unable to return your current device by the date given. 

As soon as the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with delivery details.
