Hello,
My current contract is due to end on the 16th January 2023.
I went through the process to upgrade but there were a few issues. The £30 upfront payment was taken but I haven’t received any confirmation. I still have a message on my account asking me to upgrade.
Is there any way to check that the upgrade was successful?
