@iixzero It says login to your account, that will be your EE billing account. A community account doesn’t work as your not billed for being a community member, If you want to purchase your his item you can and you need to go to an EE store and order it from there. You’ll have to purchase it outright through.

@iixzero : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
You can however order these from any EE Store & if they don't stock them they will order them in from another store that does via their Sales Plus system.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I don’t have EE account nor number. Yet I find it weird (new to me) to now allow someone to buy products unless they have an existing account.

I think it’s the only option I have. However I think most or maybe all branches in Glasgow are closed for today. Not sure about tomorrow though.

@iixzero the online shop is called the add to plan store and it’s a shop for EE contract customers to purchase from, it’s a perk of being an EE customer. You are expected to purchase the item along side your monthly bill for 11 months. It’s not a shop that just anyone can purchase from.
