How do I order, when I try to buy something it sends me to add a device or join a community

@BasharMonaghan : Do you already have a mobile phone contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.

@BasharMonaghan   That’s because it wants to sign in to your EE billing account.   The add to plan store is a perk of being an EE contract customer so an EE customer can purchase items over a period of 11 months when they are billed each month for their EE contract.    

The shop is only for EE contract customers.
