I had to upgrade my contract phone as my old one which is over 3 years old charger connection stopped working. I have tried to contact EE about it as I am using my old sim card in the new mobile and still getting charged over £55 for a phone which is no longer working. This has been going on for 3 months. I feel like I'm being fobbed off by EE and may go elsewhere. What can I do as I am loosing money each month. Please help.....

So do you have two contracts running at the same time, @markfa1? The only way you will get this resolved is by speaking to our Mobile Care team. There are a few options to speak to different departments.
