Invalid link in confirmation email

Hi,

I upgraded my iphone 12 to the iPhone 14 Pro. As the CS guy explained, there is a back order on the phone. So I understand there may be a delay for the delivery.

I got my confirmation email after our up grade setup, but the link supplied is invalid. Is this normal or will it activate at a later time.

Yes, I just get sent to a redirect page saying the link is invalid.

Yes, If I put in the xko xxxx reference it says the number can't be tracked right now. It seems valid but I wanted to check. It's been a week now.

I'm guessing it's the backlog for the iphone 14 pro (128gb) thats delaying the order. I wanted to be sure it's not something else.
