Upgrade

I ordered an upgrade for my phone on Sunday and was told that it usually gets dispatched in one day but I’ve heard nothing since, and my boyfriend did his upgrade yesterday and his phone is arriving tomorrow. 

have I done something wrong?

 

I’m upgrading my pay monthly plan form IPhone 11 to iPhone 13 pro in the alpine green colour 128gb.

 

any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Yasminejpj  You’ve done nothing wrong don’t worry it’s just that there’s up to a 14 day waiting time for that device in that colour at that storage size.   You’ll not get any delivery time frame until a device has been allocated to you. 

ps the green one looks fantastic in person you’ll be disappointed.

Due to my work taking me out of the country from the 22nd June for a large period of time, do you think it’s risky to wait for this upgrade in case it takes longer than 14 days. Should I cancel?

if you give us a call on 150, our customer care team will let you know which device's we have available for immediate dispatch so you don't miss the delivery.
