I placed an order yesterday and today, I got email confirmation for both orders. However no email or text from DPD and nothing showing on my app. 
how do I know my order definitely went through when it also won’t let me track my order either.

@Kaceyhope18  You’ll get a tracking number once a device has been allocated to you.  Your order number isn’t a tracking number it’s just a order number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
