Phone not being delivered

Good morning, 

i ordered my iPhone 13 in pink on the 22nd of may, and I have tried to track my order with the reference number or order number from the email, but then I had paid my bill through my current phone on Tuesday the 31st and I had spoke with a customer service team member and we had ordered my phone because it hadn’t went through, I was told my phone would be with me by yesterday and I’ve had no text or email about any update or if dpd even have my phone and again I have tried to track my device using the track but it’s saying the same thing over and over.. is there anything I can do to track my parcel??

@kaitsb   You can not track with an order number that’s exactly what it is an order number,  once a device has been allocated to you you’ll then receive a tracking number you’ll also get a notification that the device will be delivered the next day and you’ll also get a notification on the day of delivery with a time slot from DPD. 

Download the DPD app and use the same email address you use with EE to create an account and you’ll get better tracking but only once you get a tracking number will you be able to track
