Hello, I am an existing EE customer for the last 5 years and i have been trying to chat to someone all morning about my new order and a few other queries i have, however i have not been able to chat to anyone. Is there a problem with online chat?

It's likely that the agents are on with other EE customers.
Try calling EE on 150.
