Does anyone at EE know how to resolve and sort out this problem for me? If you do please can you help me. Instead of being fobbed off and passed from pillar to post. I ordered an upgrade and new contract several days ago. DPD never delivered the device and it is now apparently stuck on their system so will not get dispatched. I've rang EE and spoken to them several times and every time I am lied to and told it will be out for delivery the next day which of course doesn't happen and won't happen if an order is stuck on the system. So my device is never going to arrive. Which is an IT issue! So it can not be delivered. No one at EE can apparently contact DPD to speak to anyone to sort it out. They could possibly fill out a Web form which may take 7 days to get a response. So I have no phone whatsoever. But again still have to just wait "in case it arrives". I thought that if the order is stuck on a system the simplest way to resolve it. Would be to place a duplicate order which would go to the courier to be delivered. Especially as the device was free in the upgrade offer. However no one from EE can apparently do this. Nor can you speak to a manager as there is currently a 3 day waiting time??? Nor can they get the phone to me and nor can I cancel my new contract despite the fact EE have not fulfilled their end of the contract due to having no blooming phone!!!!! 😡😡😡😡 Customer service at it's worst!!!!

Have you spoken to DPD directly?
When you say it is stuck, do you mean there have been no updates with DPD tracking since they collected it?
