Hi there.

Phoned EE yesterday to make a claim through a insurance policy for a smashed mobile screen.  Was told DPD will come today to exchange the phone but no one came came.  Only we made sure that someone would be in today but no one turned up.   We just like to know what is happening?  Thanks
