Upgrade from sim only

Hi I upgraded from sim only to a Samsung s22 ultra phantom white on the 4th December 22 but apart from the confirmation email I have heard nothing apart from they will send an email or a text from DPD with a delivery date. I don't know if they had no stock but surely a quick email to explain would have been good?

@yelsel86  As it says on the website the 128Gb version has a usually dispatched in 14 days and the 256Gb version says usually dispatched in 1 day.   It’s only 12 days since the 4th
