Order upgrade phone/plan on the 14th Dec, received confirmation via email and on the EE app as I can see new billing price. Got text asking to rate delivery by DPD but never actually got delivery. When I input order details to track, comes back with an error. how do I get this resolved to see where my device is that I'm paying for??

Notice it had update today when I recieved notification of statement ready. May have been yesterday but noticed it in the app today.
