hi i ordered a samsung z flip 4 last tuesday had a email saying successful ect and had no other email back or anything to do with DPD do u have any clue on whats going on its been a week this was a contract phone can anyone advise or help me thank you

The current guidance is showing 'Usually despatched within 7 days' this is for the iPhone 14 Pro. 

Once the order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.
