Upgrade cost

I ordered an upgrade from you this afternoon and was quoted a new price of £68 per month. However, reading your confirmation email, the figure is £90 per month. Why is this?

Yes, a 20% discount is mentioned but it doesn’t seem to have been taken into consideration on the paperwork?

If you check your My EE Account, does it say what your next bill will be?

It may be a £90 plan with a discount to bring it down to £68.
