Upgraded my device on the 12th, recieved the order confirmation but no other communication. Could not track through EE site.
On 14th had heard nothing so phoned up and 'Brian' informed me off delays in my area and advised me delivery would be today (16th), I booked the morning off work to be home for this.
I have just contacted EE again due to no communication or emails/delivery updates and been told I have missed delivery twice on the 13th and on the 15th and had to rebook delivery for tomorrow, subsequently needing to book another morning off and loose more pay. I have now finally been given the tracking information after demanding it, which I should've recieved upon dispatch. If I'd not phoned today I would have been waiting around for hours not knowing what was going on.
No communication with customers and then lies when I sought help the first time from 'Brian'. The tracking history has no mention of delays or delivery today so no idea why he told me that. No communication from dpd regarding missing the delivery or rebooking.

I'm very sorry to hear this has happened when you have order and been misadvised regarding the delivery.
DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery once they have your upgrade ready to be delivered.
I hope you get the order soon and you love your new phone.
