Hi I tried to buy a monthly plan for an iPhone 13 with a large upfront payment but EE has declined my credit check. I have received no information on when my money will be refunded, the money has left my account. I am stressed please help

Is the payment showing as pending in your banking app?

If you have been declined by EE, you will get a refund within the next 5-10 days if money has gone out of your account.

If it's pending then EE do not have your money and it hasn't left your account and it's just ringfenced. EE won't be requesting payment due to the decline and the pending payment will drop off your account automatically shortly.

Hi same thing has just happened to me when will I get the money back I've messaged my bank to see if they can bounce the payment back

If the upfront payment is pending with your bank, this would be returned within 5-7 working days if the order has been unsuccessful.
