I recently ordered a new contract with EE for a pay monthly phone - (iPhone 15 Pro Max (White 128gb). I didn’t realise at the time but when placing the order, I had misspelt my email address at the end (worst mistake ever)! Luckily I had screenshotted the order reference - so when I had realised what had happened I phoned and got in touch via customer service - who had said that it was all good and got it changed to the correct email. When I use the EE tracker it says the order is dispatched - however I don’t have any tracking details on email since the wrong email was put in at the beginning. So I don’t know what to do from here as a week later - still no order and I am unable to track.
