New contract

Hi, 

I took out a new contract yesterday for a phone and airtime plan. The guy said all confirmation etc would be sent straight through via email after I signed everything and got off the phone.

its the next day and I still haven’t had any of this paperwork through, or even a confirmation of tracking number for my phone. 
what should I do as I phoned back a second time yesterday to ensure they got my email correct and to ask if the information to be sent through?

When you called did the agent confirm your order was there?

Have you been able to check both your Spam/Junk folders?

An agent confirmed the order and confirmed the email is spelt correct. I’ve checked junk mail and nothing. I’ve had no receipt or confirmation
