Upfront payment not being refunded.

I tried to order a phone on the 6th July and had to pay an upfront payment of £30. My order was cancelled but I haven't had the refund back for the upfront payment - my banking app still states that its pending. How long will this take please?

@Shanjane98 : As it's showing Pending it hasn't actually been taken from you bank a/c. As the order has been cancelled EE will not apply for it & so the pending payment will be removed within a few days by your bank.
