Hi,
This is really worrying me if my application for phone is unsuccessful why EE is holding funds. 200£ havebeen deducted on 15th January 2024 which i need urgently but when i contacted bank they said when EE will confirm us they are not gonna take these funds we will refund you. I request EE kindly do confirm them i need on really urgent basis.

If your application was unsuccessful the funds will be automatically released back to you, but depending on your bank this can take up to 5 working days. There is nothing EE can currently do to speed the money back into your bank. They don't control your bank.
