It's a pukka link on EE's domain.

Did you place a recent order with EE? If so, I don't see what any scammer would have to gain from that message - check whether the order number matches up for proof either way.
Make sure that the link goes to ee.co.uk and not another site.
If you didn't place a recent order, then that's another issue.

Hi, yeah I placed an order last night I'm just wary about clicking links, ee-livechat.sprinklr.com.
The reason I'm asking is I've tried to find this live chat on EEs website but can't find anyway to access it

Now the link ee-livechat.sprinklr.com is not on EE's domain, ee.co.uk. That's the diff & how to spot them.
You won't find it on EE's website. It's a direct link for discussing orders. Just type it into a browser. I just did & it asks for the order no. in that text & your name for confirmation.
