I applied for IPhone 17 pro max yesterday, paid the £30 upfront cost, had an email; contract summary and pre contract information but haven’t had any other emails, does this mean I’ve been accepted or not? How long until I hear back, it’s been over 24 hours, thank you

As you've not received a follow-up email confirming your has been processed you'll need to give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through successfully.
However, please first check your junk/spam folder in case any emails are accidentally filtered there.
If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss the reasons why and what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.
They can then issue you the tracking
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.
