Thanks for your reply. I tried it on my PC and my phone and tried Chrome and Edge. Doesn't work.

Could you try clearing all cookies and cache and opening a new web browser to try placing the order, does this work for you?

Hi, I have tried clearing all cookies and cache many times and just tried again. I also tried to use Firefox, and it still doesn't work.
