Hello, I have been contacted to send off my trade in mobile by the 10.10.2023. The only issue is my new phone has not been dispatched yet, and I am awaiting on EE to provide me with an estimated delivery date. At the moment, they are unable to do this as they are waiting on the manufacturer to give them a date. I can not send my trade in phone until I have the upgrade so is there a way of extending this please?
