I recently viewed my order I made on an iPhone when I released it is the wrong colour. I specifically told the man on the other end of the call natural titanium.
Please can a EE member fix this as soon as possible.

No, Community members can't fix your problems, only advise.
If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
