iPhone I recently ordered is wrong colour

Hello I recently checked my order and found out the colour of the phone is the wrong colour when specifically asked the caller on the phone for natural titanium. Can this please be resolved before arrival.

someone from EE support get back to me as soon as possible please.

@Shazeb-1 : If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.
