Trade in kit not received

Hey,

I received my new iphone over two weeks ago and still haven’t received my trade in kit.

Customer support on the phone advised I need to call the company and chase it myself. Can anyone share the name of the company and their phone number? The advisor on the phone said they would send it to me but I don’t think they have and don’t want to queue for ages again.

thanks for the response. I have contacted the above email address and received the following response:

“We have no current orders linked to these details
Don't worry when we receive the order we will arrange for packaging to be sent. EE Trade-In”

i’ve received my phone over 2 weeks ago so I’m a bit worried an order isn’t linked to my details. Any advice?

Thanks for coming back to us @Mzak 

If Likewize are saying that they haven't got any details, it could be it hasn't been passed on to them correctly.

Have you had any texts or emails about returning the old phone yet?
