Tracking order issue

I have a broadband order with a VOL order number and also have an account number but on my phone it just whirls round and times out, any help?

Are you using the same email address you ordered with? 

Can you try logging in online here -List Of Orders (ee.co.uk), does this show your order?

Thanks, I can now see it using my VOL order ref but can’t see it from my EE account but maybe because I had to set up a new login with a different email as I have my phone linked to the email I usually use 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Can you log in using the email address you used to order the broadband does this show your order? 

If you have an existing mobile account, have you tried to link your broadband account in the EE app using the broadband account number?
